These Terms govern use of Sentient Connect public websites, informational experiences, AURA Genesis website interactions, and links into Sentient Connect products. Product-specific agreements, privacy notices, business agreements, clinical agreements, or program terms may apply in addition to these Terms.
2. Appropriate use
You may use the site for lawful informational, evaluation, partnership, referral, and service-related purposes. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, scrape protected systems, impersonate another person, submit deceptive information, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.
3. No emergency, medical, legal, or financial service
Public website content and AURA website interactions are informational and operational support experiences. They do not replace emergency services, medical care, therapy, diagnosis, legal advice, or financial advice. When you submit contact or inquiry information, you represent that it is accurate and that you have authority to provide it. Sentient Connect may use that information to respond, route the inquiry, prevent duplicate records, maintain operational history, and evaluate the requested product, partnership, referral, or service.
